Hi! I’m Katherine Sikma Wadsworth. I’m an ICF-certified leadership coach, teacher, group facilitator, and the host of the You Gotta Try This! podcast. I help individuals and teams to grow in self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.

I’ve studied communication, psychology, gender, theology, education and leadership. I’m a lifelong learner and bring a myriad of tools to the table. A native of Grand Rapids, MI, I now live in Pittsburgh, PA with my husband.
